Wonders Nepal Pvt Ltd, which is operating the Skywalk Tower, is going to issue an IPO. The seventh annual general meeting of the company has unanimously passed the proposal to change the company into a public limited company and issue an IPO.
With the assembly passing the proposal to issue the IPO, it is certain that the IPO of the company will come soon. In addition to passing the financial statement for the financial year 080/81, the meeting also unanimously passed the future business plan of the company. The Skywalk Tower is located on 13 ropani of land in Shantikunj, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
According to the company, a restaurant and a club have been built in the tower with a 360-degree view and will soon be put into operation. Similarly, the company is determined to expand the range of services by expanding more adventure activities, including city bungee jump and dome project.
